From youth athletes training for their next season to adults rebuilding after injury or burnout, I create customized programs that meet people where they’re at—physically and mentally.
I’m passionate about functional strength, injury prevention, and performance development, but more than that, I care about people. Fitness should feel empowering, not intimidating.
