I found the lesson on dinking purposefully quite helpful, especially as someone still working on control at the net. Though I wasn't expecting such a focus, it really clarified how intentional dinking can set up the whole point. Kal's approach made me think differently about those softer shots, and I left with some practical ideas to try next time I play. Still, I hope to get more comfortable with the rhythm, but I’ll definitely stay optimistic about improving my finesse on those shot placements. If you're into refining your pickleball strategy, it’s worth giving Kal a shot.

The lesson was quite useful in reinforcing the fundamentals from previous lessons, which made me really realize I need to trust the process and techniques more, though I still see room for improvement. Kal's approach helped reinforce core skills, and I appreciated that, but I think I’d benefit from continued practice to really internalize what we worked on. Still, I’m hopeful that with some repetition, I’ll get more comfortable applying these techniques during play. If you're looking for a coach who emphasizes fundamentals, you might want to give Kal a try.

My lesson with Kal was great! I always walk away with new pointers to work on! I appreciated how he explains everything clearly, making complex ideas easier to grasp. Though I still need to work on my serves and dinking, I feel more aware of hitting in front of my opponent’s reach and maintaining a good arch. That lesson gave me useful insight into technique, and I’m hopeful I can develop those aspects further with practice. If you're looking for someone who genuinely breaks down pickleball skills without overloading, Kal’s a solid choice to try out.

Francesco is an amazing coach. I’ve had unapproachable, strict coaches that ran their lessons with an iron fist. While they definitely made me a better player, I never walked away feeling good about myself and would leave liking the sport a little less. First things I noticed about Francesco was his friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and amazing hand-eye coordination. If you’re looking for a coach that you can talk to, knows how to teach, and has the skills to back it up, then Francesco should be your number one choice.

The lesson focused on practical gameplay and strategy, which I found quite helpful, especially for making better decisions during matches. Kal explained concepts clearly, and I felt more confident about my shot placement and court awareness after. Though I still have room to improve, this lesson definitely set a good foundation for continued growth in pickleball. Still, I think more targeted decision-making drills would really boost the experience. Anyway, I think it’s 100% trying Kal if you want a thoughtful approach to the game.

Oh, Kal's lesson was quite helpful, especially with shuffling and the wrist breaks. The focus on switching drops and backhand dinks really clarified some movements I’d struggled with before. Though I still need to work on resetting my ready position smoothly, I definitely feel more confident. Still, I think a future lesson could help me really lock in those techniques and improve my reflexes overall. If you’re into refining your pickleball skills, I’d suggest giving Kal a shot so you can experience the benefits firsthand.

I'm really glad I continued with the drill on backhand drives and added backhand drops in my lesson with Kal. It was quite helpful. Plus, I appreciated that Kal was willing to play singles and even doubles afterward, which made it more practical. Though, I think more focus on backhand technique and footwork would be good for next time, and maybe trying out some new shots I haven't learned yet. Still, I feel pretty confident about my backhand now, so I’ll definitely consider trying another lesson with Kal soon.

Last 3 classes what I learnt: 1. Dinking - various kinds of dinks, which to hit when. Shuffling. When to be defensive vs aggressive. How to gauge balls within reach. Volley versus letting it bounce. When to cut the angel by stepping in. 2. Drops: the right grip and form for the drop, How to be aggressive on the drop. When to step in and take it on the full and be aggressive. All in all great classes that help me hone my skills. Looking forward to the next sessions.

Oh yeah, the lesson with Kal was quite helpful. I especially appreciated learning about the closed serve and positioning after the serve. Though I still need to work on driving both forehand and backhand shots, I feel more confident about my game overall. Looks like there's a good foundation to build on, and I’m hopeful the next lesson will help sharpen those techniques further. If you're into pickleball and want to improve your skills, I’d say give Kal a try.

Hey, I gotta say, this lesson with Kal was quite good. It was helpful to reinforce the closed stance serve and work on positioning after the serve or return, which are key in pickleball. Though, I’m still hoping to improve my forehand and backhand drive a bit more for better returns. I think with more practice, that’ll come. Still, I appreciate the focus on fundamentals and the clear guidance. If you're interested in steady progress, Kal's a solid pick to try.

Wow, I have to say, Kal's lesson really helped with my stance and contact points for drives and serves, which was pretty good. Though I still want to work on adding some higher, deeper drives into my game, I think with more practice I can get there. Still, the focus on fundamentals, especially how to incorporate proper body movement, was definitely the lesson highlight for me. If you're looking to get a solid grasp on the basics, it’s worth giving Kal a try.

Though I still need to make some progress on my footwork, the focus on fundamentals was quite helpful. Kal's approach was measured and realistic, which I appreciated. Still, I’m hopeful that with continued practice, I’ll gain more confidence on the court. If you're looking to build a solid base in pickleball, it might be worth trying out Kal.

Oh, that lesson with Kal was quite useful, especially since I got to practice the third shot and dink, which are areas I wanted to focus on. Though I still need to refine my technique, I found the session pretty helpful overall and feel more confident about applying what I learned on the court. Still, I'd consider another lesson to really master those shots. If you're into improving specific aspects of your pickleball game, I’d say give Kal a try.

Oh, I really appreciated the focus on drill work, especially on drives and drops, and I liked that we moved to backhands. It was quite helpful to process the mechanics directly, though I still need to get the hang of handling shots coming at me better. Kal's approach is quite engaging without overdoing it, and I look forward to improving further. If you're into refining your techniques on the backhand, you might find Kal's lessons worth trying.

We did the drills in the kitchen using half the court. The focus is on reacting quickly enough before we dive into individual technique. Francesco is a really energetic and knowledgeable coach. I like his philosophy of teaching and will definitely try another lesson!

I'm really glad I took lessons with Kal. Learning to play backhand is definitely a work in progress, but I’m gaining more confidence gradually. Though I’ll be pausing for now because of my busy schedule, I appreciate how Kal’s patient approach keeps me motivated.

Kal is a great patient coach. Cal has really improved the consistency in my footwork, dinks, drops, serve, and returns. This has given me the confidence to play better in competition. I think the best part is that Kal has inspired me to become a better player.

Two sessions in, and my pickleball game has progressed so much! I've learned so much from Carmen. She's an excellent coach. She breaks down all your bad habits to undo and fix your game! Looking forward to more sessions with Carmen! Highly Recommend

Oh, definitely, Kal's lesson really helped nail down some fundamental mechanics and footwork, especially with the Norman zone application. Still, there's room for refinement, but I appreciate the steady progress. Guess I'll keep working on it.

Kal was a great coach especially being mindful of how to teach my son and me in the same lesson. He paid special attention to how to speak and coach to him and made him excited for the game and more lessons! We both really enjoyed our session!

Hmm, I found the lesson quite helpful, especially with some specific court positioning tips that made my shots easier. Though, I still think a bit more focus on paddle control could be useful, still, I’d consider trying Kal for another lesson.

I’ve had several lessons with Kal. I’m more confident with “dinking” and being at the kitchen line. Kal summarizes concepts covered during our 1:1 sessions. He gives me drills as “homework “ between lessons.

The lesson with Kal was extremely helpful. I especially appreciated how he focused on core techniques that are actually useful on the court, like cutting of the ball, drive, and dink through wall drills.
