Great lesson with Megan. Personable, easy to understand, broke everything down into simple steps, and answered my questions. Assessed my Beginner level quickly and knew how to accent anything I already knew how to do and move on. I had a ton of questions, which she happily answered. Good at assessing my fitness level and watching me- set water breaks (so important) and did check in’s because my breathing was a bit labored. I’m not in great shape yet, and Megan was really good about watching me and asking if I needed a breather. Easy to schedule. It was a FULL hour. I say this because I have taken private lessons in other sports and many give 50 minutes and less concentrated. I’m so excited that I found Megan! I scheduled more lessons!
