Oh, I’d say this lesson was quite helpful. Encouraging and easy to follow along with, especially when working on my serve, which felt pretty good afterward. The advice to slide at the kitchen line and then replicate that at the baseline was quite helpful, though I still want to improve my wrist action for better paddle handling.
