So excited to be a certified pickleball coach! Now I get to share my love of the game with you. I’m always working to boost my game, take it to the next level and reach a 5.0 rating, hovering around 4.78, and I still enjoy playing tennis, competitive ping pong, and badminton. I love being active in the sun, as being an athlete makes life more enjoyable and graceful. As a naturopathic doctor, I aim to combine my knowledge of wellness, nutrition, and the mind-body connection to help like-minded individuals elevate their game safely and effectively.

As a certified pickleball coach, I'm passionate about sharing the joy of the game with players of all ages and skill levels -especially beginner adults and youth. Whether it's teachng fundamentals, building confidence on the court, or just getting out to move, I aim to help players grow and have fun. My coaching style is energetic, encouraging, and rooted in creating a positive learning environment where everyone feels welcome. I’m also a cyclist and really just enjoy being outdoors. My work experience includes nutrition coaching which I plan to incorporate with each lesson. I value the importance of safety first - I have a certification in adult and child CPR/First Aid.
