I'm David, and after 30 years of playing 4.5 tennis, I discovered my passion for Pickleball and haven't looked back since. Now, I'm excited to share my expertise as a Certified PPR Coach and help beginners up to 4.0+ DUPR players improve their skills and understanding of this dynamic sport. Despite initial hesitation, I've come to love Pickleball even more than tennis and am eager to guide others in enjoying this game as much as I do. "The lesson with David was quite helpful, especially with his focus on specific techniques that I hadn’t fully grasped before. Though I still have some areas to refine, I left feeling more confident in my paddle control and positioning, which was pretty good. I’d consider signing up for another lesson to keep improving. But, we still have 4 more lessons, I think.
With a lifelong passion for racquet and paddle sports, I've dedicated six years to playing, competing, and teaching pickleball. My journey in racquet sports began with junior and collegiate tennis, and later, I transitioned to racquetball, achieving remarkable success with 14 national titles in singles and doubles, a world doubles title as part of Team USA, and a world ranking of #3 on the pro tour. Pickleball has been a natural extension of my racquet sports expertise, and in every tournament I've entered, I've emerged victorious or landed in the top three. My love for these games drives me to teach and share my knowledge, making me a dedicated and accomplished pickleball player and instructor. With over eight years of experience teaching and coaching at the college level, he has developed a deep understanding of the game. Michael competes at an elite level with a 5.4 DUPR, playing just shy of professional status, which aligns with his personal goals. He regularly plays MoneyBall’s, wins 4.5+ tournaments, and works professionally within the sport.

I've been hooked on the game for about two years now and have had the pleasure of coaching players from beginner to seasoned levels. My sessions focus on having fun while learning the ins and outs of the sport. Whether you're looking to refine your game or just want a great workout while learning something new, I'm here to help you improve.
