San Onofre State Beach Surf Beach, known as Old Man's or San O, offers consistent long-period waves ideal for beginner surfers with easy beach access along rocky shores in San Clemente, CA.
- Parking: Long linear parking area spans the beach length with fees required. Day-use parking available adjacent to beach.
- Outdoor facility
- Entrance: Access via Old Pacific Highway from San Clemente; exit I-5 at Basilone Road, head south, turn right before SONGS power plant.
Day-use hours: 6am-10pm April 15 to Sept 31; 6am-8pm Oct 1 to April 14. Surfing allowed during open hours.
