I'm a lifelong competitive swimmer with over 17 years in the sport, including time on the US National Jr. Team, Olympic Trials Qualified in four events, and a world ranked athlete. After competing at the highest levels, I transitioned into coaching, where I have spent over a decade of teaching all ages and skill levels. I have a genuine passion for the sport and enjoy helping others to reach their goals, whether it be learning to swim for the first time, or to become an Olympic gold medalist.

Hi I’m Matthew! I’m a former competitive swimmer who competed throughout high school and college. My experiences as both an athlete and a coach have inspired me to help other’s build confidence, improve their technique, and enjoy swimming. I enjoy helping swimmers of all ages build confidence, improve technique, and reach their goals. Hi! My name is Tim Koza. I am a former Division I swimmer for Grand Canyon University. I have 16 years of competitive swimming experience, as well as 3 years of coaching experience in competitive swimming. I have also been instructing swimming lessons for 5 years. I am very passionate about this sport, and I want to pass on my knowledge and my love for swimming to the next generation!
