About Beth

Hello my name is Beth and I am a local Clearwater tennis coach with over 40 years of playing experience and over 30 years of teaching experience! I am also a USPTA Certified Tennis Professional, cardio certified, 10 & under tennis certified and have taught at many clubs including Saddlebrook Tennis Academy, Countryside Country Club, Cheval Athletic Club, City of Safety Harbor, the Jewish Community Center, Meadow Pointe and Heritage Harbor. I am also currently the Assistant Tennis Coach for JV and Middle Division at the prestigious Berkeley Preparatory School in Tampa. As a player, I played junior tennis in the ETA (Eastern Tennis Association) 14s through 18s and was nationally ranked. I then had a 4 year scholarship at a D1 college. I am offering fun private tennis lessons, semi-private tennis lessons, group tennis lessons and hitting only sessions for all ages (kids, teens, adults, seniors) and all skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). So whether you need to work on some specifics like your forehand, backhand, volley, serve, service return, overhead, drop shot, approach shot, footwork, singles strategy or doubles strategy-I would be more than happy to help you out with your tennis game! I teach tennis lessons in the Tampa area and I am willing to travel up to 10 miles to a tennis court that is conveniently located close to you. I’m a pro at Tampa Yacht Club and I am a coach at Berkeley preparatory school
