Hello. My name is Michelle. I am a USAV and SafeSport-certified volleyball coach and former NCAA D1 middle blocker. I currently coach at AZ Hype and work with athletes of all skill levels. I have experience in back-row defense, serving, and setting. I specialize in blocking, attacking, serving, and passing skills. My goal is to help players build confidence, strong fundamentals, and volleyball IQ, all in a supportive, positive environment.

You can be soft AND hard. 5 years of boxing training in several local boxing gyms, including sparring experience. I specialize in working with women of all ages who want to learn fundamental, intermediate, or advanced boxing skills — without feeling intimidated, talked down to, or given watered-down technique. I've taught both large group classes and one-on-one. My approach is energetic and positive. Expect to be challenged, supported, and to leave every session stronger.

I'm a lifelong competitive swimmer with over 17 years in the sport, including time on the US National Jr. Team, Olympic Trials Qualified in four events, and a world ranked athlete. After competing at the highest levels, I transitioned into coaching, where I have spent over a decade of teaching all ages and skill levels. I have a genuine passion for the sport and enjoy helping others to reach their goals, whether it be learning to swim for the first time, or to become an Olympic gold medalist.

Hi! My name is Tim Koza. I am a former Division I swimmer for Grand Canyon University. I have 16 years of competitive swimming experience, as well as 3 years of coaching experience in competitive swimming. I have also been instructing swimming lessons for 5 years. I am very passionate about this sport, and I want to pass on my knowledge and my love for swimming to the next generation!

Former D2 baseball player. 3 year Varsity Assistant. Hitting/Infield trainer. Led our Varsity to a 27-1 season and a team BA jump from .300 to .360. 3 of my hitters are moving onto the college level after this season. One specifically went from a sub .300 hitter last year to league MVP hitting .400 with 5 HRs.
