I’ve spent over 10 years training in catch wrestling with the Old School Grappling Catch Wrestling Association and hold a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under the Combat Base Club. My style blends the pressure and control of old-school grappling with the technical precision of modern Jiu-Jitsu. To support my performance and longevity on the mats, I’ve also integrated the Bulletproof for BJJ fitness program, which has helped me apply functional strength and mobility into my training. I’m passionate about the roots of grappling, and I aim to keep the tradition alive while evolving with the demands of today’s game.

With 25 years of teaching experience, I bring a unique perspective to golf instruction. My journey includes competing on the Nationwide Tour (2009-2010), serving as Tiger Woods' commercial double (1997-2002), and even being featured in Golf Digest in 2009! I held the course record at Los Palomas Golf Course in Mexico (63!), and I'm passionate about helping others improve their game. My teaching focuses on establishing reference points and creating routines for every shot, from full swing to putting to sand traps. I also offer a comprehensive 6-lesson package with detailed written instructions.

I have been playing the game of pickleball for three years now. I love the game as well as coaching. I have played many other sports and coached kids in basketball and football. Pickleball is my new found sport.

Having honed my skills from the court to the coach's bench, I bring 15 years of experience to every lesson, including my time as a college coach. I’m a desert kid and grew up in Glendale Arizona. I attended Apollo High School where I competed in track and field, basketball, and of course football. After graduating with honors at Apollo. I went to play D1 football at The University of Hawaii at Manoa and started 62 of 64 games of my career. Played 5 years of college football while pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Graduated with my BBA in business management before heading of to the pros. Played with the 49ers, Arizona Cardinals, Carolina Panthers, and Seattle Seahawks. I’m an offensive lineman myself and want to teach every lineman how to play at an elite level while having fun. I was a un-drafted free agent to the 49ers. Played with the Arizona Cardinals, Carolina Panthers, and Seattle Seahawks. With over a decade dedicated to football, I refine athletes' skills and ignite their passion for the game.
