I have been playing basketball since the age of 10. My brother was on the high school team and I have trained with him growing up almost everyday. I played on my college intramural team and have taken lessons from professionals that played in college. I regularly play in basketball leagues that even have players over 6’8” tall. I am well versed in young children as I have taught young students English from three years up. (I have my own kids these ages) I am bilingual Mandarin and can explain concepts well in both languages. I am patient, kind, and enjoy seeing others achieve their goals. I look forward to teaching any students be well rounded individuals not just in sports, but in life.

With a lifelong passion for music that began at the tender age of 6, I've immersed myself in the world of performance and teaching, directing school musicals and clubs to showcase students' talents. Raised on a diverse range of music, from heavy metal to funk, I've cultivated a deep understanding and appreciation for various genres. From attending festivals to hosting events, music has been more than just a hobby—it's been my way of life. With almost 15 years of experience as a professional vocal performer and 10 years as a music educator, I am passionate about coaching vocalists of all ages and abilities. I have toured as a musician in the U.S. and Japan. I can help young vocalists create a strong foundation, and professional singers to maintain and develop their existing talent.

A seasoned musician with over a decade of experience in singing, guitar, and bass. Over the last 6 years, I've delved deep into the music industry, wearing multiple hats as a session/touring musician, songwriter, producer, content creator, and music instructor. In the realm of vocals, I've honed my singing voice and teaching methodology under renowned vocal coaches such as Brett Manning and Thomas Appell. Their insights have shaped my approach to vocal instruction, allowing me to help aspiring singers unlock their true potential. On the guitar and bass front, my journey began in high school, where I learned the essentials from fellow musicians in the church. Today, I integrate these fundamentals into my lessons, alongside our provided curriculum, to empower students to master their craft.
