With impressive technical skill and expressive playing, Michael has left a lasting impact on audiences while performing with the Moreno Valley Wind Symphony. His dedication to his craft was highlighted when he secured first place in the 2020 Riverside County Solo Competition, showcasing his exceptional musicianship. Currently an instructor at Canyon Springs High School, he nurtures the next generation of musicians, offering tailored private lessons across Riverside and San Bernardino counties. His distinguished mentors, including the legendary Michele Zukovsky, former principal clarinetist of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and the remarkable Arnel Ignacio, have further shaped his exceptional teaching abilities. Beyond performance and instruction, Michael plays a vital role in the music community as Vice President of the Music Teacher National Association Collegiate Chapter at Riverside City College.
