Driven by a lifelong passion for golf, I've dedicated 24 years to refining my skills and sharing my expertise with aspiring golfers. My approach emphasizes fundamentals, tailored to individual needs, fostering both enjoyment and significant improvement.

I’m certified to teach Pickleball and have taught at Paragon Pickleball, Lafayette Tennis Club, and Roundhill Country Club. With over 4,000 hours dedicated to the sport and a 5.4 DUPR rating from more than 250 matches recorded, I bring extensive experience and expertise to my coaching.

From the moment I first hit a pickleball in the driveway of friend’s home in Irvine, I was done for. I knew that Pickleball was going to be MY sport. It was not only the immense satisfaction of making solid contact with the ball that brought me joy, it was the sound it made when contact occured. The rush of adrenaline that washed over me each time I hit the ball was exhilarating. That same evening, I went on Amazon and ordered not one, but four pickleball paddles. I was determined to play, and play I did! I convinced everyone in my orbit to try it and when they did, they, too, fell in love. That’s why I’m here - to spread the love for pickleball; because the truth is, everyone deserves to be in love.

I'm passionate about motivating players who’ve reached plateaus and want to got beyond. As a college-level player with two decades of experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a personalized approach to every lesson I’ve worked with some excellent coaches at state of-the-art tennis facilities (both domestically and internationally). Raised on the shores of Oahu, Hawaii, my journey began with the rhythm of the waves at the age of 10, sparking a lifelong passion for surfing. Alongside carving waves, I immersed myself in college and high school football, basketball, and track, finding joy in the thrill of competition. As a competitor in the Hawaii Amateur Surfing Association for 5 years, I honed my skills in the ocean's embrace. Complementing my active lifestyle, I prioritize breathwork, stretching, and a healthy diet to nourish both body and soul. Transitioning into coaching, I've shared my love for sports with the next generation through coaching high school and pop warner football, as well as youth basketball. As an Oahu Professional Photographer, I've captured the beauty of surfing, sports, weddings, and family portraits, preserving cherished memories for clients. For the past decade, I've surfed the waves of San Francisco, delighting in small to medium fun perfect waves and discovering local gems based on conditions. Currently, I'm homeschooling my 8-year-old daughter, embracing the opportunity to instill a love for learning and adventure.

Growing up, my family didn’t have the means to fund my soccer journey beyond recreational. Despite this, I still managed to earn my way onto my extremely competitive high school varsity team through hard work and discipline. In college, I began coaching kids 2-18 years old both privately and on recreational + competitive teams. I have years of experience working with youth, coaching soccer, and a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology which means I emphasize proper motor development and injury prevention in my instruction. My goal is for children to have a healthy, lifelong relationship with the greatest sport in the world!
