Eric is a former USTA 4.0+ tennis player who has transitioned into a passionate pickleball coach. With his strong tennis background, he brings a wealth of experience and a keen understanding of sports strategy to his pickleball teaching. Now fully dedicated to teaching pickleball, Eric is excited to help players of all levels improve their skills and enjoy the game.
"The lesson with Eric was quite good, especially because he clearly explained everything from serving to paddle hold and how to keep the ball in play. I appreciated his patience and the way he broke down each step, making learning pretty straightforward. Though I still need to work on returning the ball without hitting it out and improving my backhand, I look forward to seeing how more lessons might help me refine these areas. Still, it’s a solid approach if you're aiming to up your game a bit.

Former D1 and D3 tennis player at Ball State University with a 12 UTR. One of my favorite moments in my career was making the Semifinals of the NCAA D3 Singles Championship in Orlando during my freshman year at Pacific University (Oregon). Tennis has been my passion since day one and it’s shaped who I am. Now I coach because I love helping others level up and see real improvement. Whether it’s fixing the little things or building confidence, I’m all about making the game more fun, competitive, and rewarding for every player I work with.
"Hey, Mason's lesson was quite good, I think? He's definitely good at explaining things, and I noticed some useful tips during our time. Though, I still feel there's room for sharpening my technique, but I’m feeling optimistic about the next lesson. Still, it’d be great if some specific areas could be a bit more polished. But hey, I’d mention you should try Mason if you're looking for a steady, no-fuss coach.

Passionate about all things pickleball! As an experienced player, I've spent the last three years sharing my love for the game, helping others develop their skills and achieve their pickleball goals. Let's hit the court and have some fun while we take your game to the next level.
"One of the best parts of the lesson with Mark was gaining some hands-on experience on the court. The session felt engaging and practical, helping me get more comfortable with the game. If you’re curious about pickleball or looking to improve your skills, Mark’s lessons are definitely worth trying out. It’s a great way to learn and have fun at the same time! 🙂

Briana Esparza was the head coach of the Girls Varsity Golf team at Providence High School in Burbank, California, having joined the athletics department in July 2024. With a strong background in education and mental health treatment, Briana combines her passion for teaching with her love of golf to inspire young athletes. She has a strong ability to get anyone started in their journey with golf.
"I appreciate Briana’s approach, she really emphasized that small adjustments can lead to noticeable improvements, which was pretty helpful. Though I still have some work to do on my accuracy and consistency, her calm style keeps things manageable, and the focus on making golf enjoyable rather than stressful resonated with me. Still, I’m optimistic about building on what I learned so far and perhaps trying another lesson soon.
