With a passion for music and a career spanning decades, I embarked on my musical journey as a young adult, studying under some of the finest teachers. In 1996, I ventured into the professional realm, combining my vocal expertise with formal studies in voice for two years. Presently, I am an active performer in successful bands. I offer comprehensive music business lessons alongside regular vocal instruction as a dedicated music educator. Join me on a musical journey encompassing artistic expression and industry knowledge.

Professional saxophonist with 28 years of playing experience, both Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Jazz Saxophone Performance, and 18 years of teaching experience. Lessons are personalized to student goals and can include: instrument and embouchure technique, ear training, music theory, reading and sight-reading, rhythm and feel development, extended techniques, improvisation and jazz theory, transcription, audition/performance preparation, basic piano skills, gear maintenance and setup, etc.

I grew up playing the piano, starting at 6 years old. I started playing the guitar and singing at 15 years old and this passion led me to get my B.A. in Music Performance from Florida Atlantic University. Since then I have played in multiple bands, written over 8 songs that are out on all major platforms and have taught hundreds of people how to play many different instruments! My teaching business is located in San Francisco, teaching piano, guitar, bass guitar, voice and drums.

He holds a BA in Environmental Studies - Outdoor Leadership from Sonoma State University. He is passionate about sustainable gardening, focusing on soil health, aquaponics, and community food systems. Manny also gained experience with Everflux Technologies, a startup turning organic waste into renewable energy and fertilizer. His expertise lies in creating eco-friendly, thriving gardens that inspire and educate. If you asked his neighbors/community what he is known for, it would be his front yard farm.
