Meet Anna Lissa Jack, a talented singer, songwriter, musician, producer, and engineer and sometimes vocal coach from the San Francisco Bay Area. Anna has been singing and writing songs since she was a little girl. Her musical journey started at the Ephesians C.O.G.I.C in Berkeley, California, where she was pastored by the late Bishop EE Cleveland.  As she grew older, Anna developed a deep passion for harmony and experimenting with different vocal styles and musical genres. Anna’s talent really shone when she joined Castlemont High School’s Castleer’s. Under the guidance of the late great Phillip Lee Reeder, the Castleer’s became more than just a regular high school choir. He inspired many famous recording artists, who all credited Mr. Reeder for their musical journey. Some of Anna’s early musical influences include legendary artists like James Taylor, the Andrew Sisters, Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye, Andre Crouch, the Matthew Sisters, Walter and Edwin Hawkins, the Jackson 5, Emotions, Carpenters, Carol King, Natalie Cole, Stevie Wonder, Chaka Khan, The Beatles, Doobie Brothers, Bee Gees, Fifth Dimension, Switch, and many more. A close friend and brother, Larry Batiste, helped Anna get into AFTRA (American Federation of Television and Recording Artists) and introduced her to professional studio backup singing.  Anna has had the pleasure of working with many talented artists and has made a name for herself as a go to background singer.

For a quarter-century, I've not only graced stages as a concert performer, but have also guided countless individuals on their own vocal journeys. My coaching blends technical expertise with a warm, supportive environment to help you unlock your full potential and find joy in every note.

Kainoa Owens is a highly accomplished former professional soccer player. Born and raised in Hawaii & San Diego, Kainoa's passion for soccer began age four, leading him to pursue a professional career that spanned nearly a decade. Throughout his journey, he represented several prestigious clubs and garnered a wealth of experience, both on and off the field. In addition to his remarkable athletic achievements, Kainoa has encountered various injuries and recovery challenges along the way, allowing him to develop a deep understanding of the importance of functional movement and injury prevention. This firsthand experience has fueled his transition into the world of personal training, where he now shares his knowledge and expertise with clients seeking to improve their health and performance. As a seasoned athlete, Kainoa brings a unique perspective to his work as a personal trainer. His comprehensive approach to fitness emphasizes the significance of proper movement patterns, personalized exercise programs, and mental resilience – all key elements that have contributed to his own success as a professional athlete. With his extensive background in professional soccer and dedication to helping others achieve their wellness goals, Kainoa Owens is a highly sought-after personal trainer and an inspiring figure in the world of health and fitness.

As an Elite RSPA (Racquet Sports Profession) in Tennis and Pickleball, I bring a unique blend of decades of experience and expertise to every lesson. From the moment I first hit a pickleball in the driveway of friend’s home in Irvine, I was done for. I knew that Pickleball was going to be MY sport. It was not only the immense satisfaction of making solid contact with the ball that brought me joy, it was the sound it made when contact occured. The rush of adrenaline that washed over me each time I hit the ball was exhilarating. That same evening, I went on Amazon and ordered not one, but four pickleball paddles. I was determined to play, and play I did! I convinced everyone in my orbit to try it and when they did, they, too, fell in love. That’s why I’m here - to spread the love for pickleball; because the truth is, everyone deserves to be in love.
