I’ve trained with pro athletes and coaches and compete alongside D1 players from my club team while working towards the level myself. I have coached ages 5-14, focusing on ball mastery, shooting, speed, and confidence. First lessons assesses strength and clear goals in a positive, high energy environment.

With over a decade of dedicated basketball instruction, I'm passionate about helping players of all levels elevate their game. My coaching emphasizes skill development, strategic thinking, and fostering a love for the sport. I have played along side Dalton Knect (current pro Lakers Point Gaurd) I have developed years of experience playing with D1 and pro level players. I’m an English major turned information scientist with ten years of teaching under my belt. I’ve tutored everyone from elementary school to college, and I’ve formally taught high school and all ages of college student. I emphasize hands-on learning and pursuing personal interest in combination with curricula. My strengths are in literature, history, and data gathering and analysis for both quantitative and qualitative methods!

Former NCAA Division I track & field athlete at the University of Colorado Boulder with 5+ years of coaching experience. I specialize in sprint mechanics, speed, acceleration, explosiveness, conditioning, and overall athletic development. My coaching style is positive, technical, and results-driven. I attended the American School of Rio de Janeiro, where education was bilingual and subjects were taught in both Portuguese and English.
