Over the past 6 years, I've developed a deep passion for the sport, which has completely transformed my physical and mental well-being, improving my health, my confidence, my stress and anxiety. I currently train and coach at Topeira Boxing Club in Denver, where I work with all experience levels, from people who have never thrown a punch, up to recent Golden Gloves champions. During my undergraduate studies, I completed a Vocal Pedagogy course, gaining experience teaching voice lessons to high school students. Currently, I teach voice lessons as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Denver, where I work closely with young adults.
