I'm dedicated to cultivating each player's unique potential through tailored guidance, skill development, game-oriented teachings and a deep understanding of the sport. Hello! I'm Matthew, but most people call me Vince. I'm a registered USA Boxing Green Level Coach, eager to share my love of the sweet science with you! Over the past 6 years, I've developed a deep passion for the sport, which has completely transformed my physical and mental well-being, improving my health, my confidence, my stress and anxiety. I currently train and coach at Topeira Boxing Club in Denver, where I work with all experience levels, from people who have never thrown a punch, up to recent Golden Gloves champions. I'm experienced in coaching all fitness levels and ages, and I can't wait to help you discover the world of boxing.

I’ve been playing soccer for over 20 years at a high competitive club level, and the game has been a defining part of my life. Soccer has taught me the importance of teamwork, communication, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I stay active in the sport 4 to 5 days a week, which keeps my knowledge sharp and my energy high. My goal is to share my love for the game and help others grow in their skills and confidence.

With over three decades on the field, I bring a wealth of football expertise to every session. I’m dedicated to fostering growth, refining skills, and instilling a lifelong love for the game, with a fun approach. I still play semi pro football here in Colorado, and have played arena in Chicago for a brief period. I can definitely get you ready and show you how to get to the next level if that’s something your striving for. My experience will make a difference!

A former national junior champion, Carey represented his native country of New Zealand in international play before attending and earning a B.A. in Business Management from Colorado State University-Pueblo,where twice he was awarded All-American status and selected to represent the NAIA national team. Carey has earned many accolades, has several USTA/USPTA certifications, and has been as high as #308 in ATP rankings. Some of his other impressive stats include being inducted into the CSU Pueblo Hall of Fame for Men's Tennis, being a Two-Time All-American in singles at the University of Southern Colorado, being the 2006 USPTA Junior Development Coach of the Year, the 2005 Rocky Mountain News 5A Boy's HS Coach of the Year, the 2004, CHSAA 5A Coach of the Year, and the Colorado State Open Singles Champion. When not teaching tennis, you might find Carey on the dance floor doing the Cha-cha.

I am a lifelong student and steward of the game of lacrosse, with over 18 years of playing, coaching, and officiating experience. I competed internationally at the 2018 U21 World Championships and recently concluded my collegiate career at the University of Kansas, where I served as a team captain. During my time at KU, I also served as an assistant coach and defensive coordinator while managing the program’s social media, public relations, and NIL efforts to support program growth and athlete branding. I also have over eight years of officiating experience, working more than 350 games across all levels from 8U through high school. I was chosen as a lead official and was entrusted with training new officials, helping foster a strong pipeline of referees in my community. I am also incredibly passionate about giving back to the sport. I have taught lacrosse to underprivileged youth, families, and community groups to share the game’s values of resilience, teamwork, and joy with the next generation. My dedication to lacrosse is rooted in a belief that the game is a lifelong teacher, and I look forward to continuing to serve the sport in Colorado.

With over six years of competitive lacrosse experience and a background as a Division I athlete, I bring a deep understanding of the game, a strong work ethic, and a passion for developing players both on and off the field. My time competing at the highest collegiate level taught me the value of discipline, strategic thinking, and team culture—foundations I now bring into every coaching opportunity. I focus on building complete athletes by emphasizing fundamentals, game IQ, and character. Whether working with beginners or advanced players, my goal is to foster growth, confidence, and a love for the sport.

With over 26 years of experience, including time as a Mini-Tour competitor, I'm passionate about helping golfers elevate their game. My comprehensive approach focuses on building a solid foundation and fostering a lifelong love for golf. I incorporate sound fundamentals to help you build the right foundation from the hole and back to the tee.
