Music is my lifelong passion, and for the past 4 years, I've been sharing that passion as an instructor. After graduating CU Boulder with a BA in Jazz Performance in 2021, I’ve been professionally performing and recording all kinds of styles: pop, rock, funk, jazz, blues, latin, folk - you name it! As a touring artist with Extra Gold and Eddie Turner & Trouble, I bring real-world experience to every lesson. With a strong background in classical and jazz theory, I offer expertise in being able to analyze and interpret most styles of music. Most of all - I always try to connect my students’ musical journey to an understanding of how they are connected to their community and the rich history of the world and its peoples.

I have 17 years of baseball experience, including pitching and playing outfield at the college level. During my career, I had the opportunity to learn from some incredible coaches who shaped the way I see the game. I worked with two former MLB hitting coaches, Tyler Holt and Brad Wilkerson, who taught me the details of hitting mechanics, approach, and preparation at a professional level. On the pitching side, I was coached by Tommy Boss, a former University of Florida standout, whose knowledge of the game and leadership on the mound helped me refine my pitching and understand the mental toughness it takes to compete. My background as a two-way player gives me a unique perspective that I now bring into coaching. I know the grind of balancing both sides of the game and the work it takes to succeed. My goal is to use that experience to help players develop their skills, grow their confidence, and maximize their potential both on and off the field.

Former Chicago all-conference high school standout with a passion for basketball. Opted to join CU Boulder's Women's D1 program as a scout team member after high school, showcasing dedication to the game. Presently, I wear multiple coaching hats: conducting youth basketball clinics with the Denver Nuggets, coaching with the Colorado Titans in the AAU circuit, and leading my own skill development clinics and personalized training sessions. My extensive background as both a player and coach equips me to guide players toward reaching their full potential.

With over a decade of dedicated basketball instruction, I'm passionate about helping players of all levels elevate their game. My coaching emphasizes skill development, strategic thinking, and fostering a love for the sport. I have played along side Dalton Knect (current pro Lakers Point Gaurd) I have developed years of experience playing with D1 and pro level players. I am fluent in teaching on how to get to the next level.
