My coaching journey includes two seasons of coaching Varsity basketball, as well as CYO and AAU basketball. I also conduct youth sports training. We work on more than just the physical aspect of the game. We concentrate on the mental as well. I send coach a copy of my game if he can't make it to the games so we can review the pros and cons. I am a PGA specialized professional in Teaching & Coaching and board certified sport psychology consultant. I have been a PGA of America member since 2011 and teaching for close to 10 years. I have worked at many upscale clubs in the Met section at such roles as shop assistant, assistant and teaching professional. I have played in local PGA sanctioned events and am working to be certified as Golf fitness trainer by National Academy of Sport Medicine. I have the ultimate goal within a couple years of achieving the status of Master PGA golf professional in Teaching & Coaching. I also have developed a benchmark for sport psychology based on Individual Zone of Optimal Functioning for a golfer to obtain their ideal zone

I'm a senior playing as a Division One lacrosse goalie, and I’ve dedicated my college years to honing my skills and leading my team from the net. The intensity of D1 competition has pushed me to improve not only my game but also my leadership abilities. I’m passionate about the sport and committed to giving my all both on and off the field as I prepare for my next chapter after graduation.
