I was recruited by and eventually signed to go to Rutgers University where AI started all four years. From there I was drafted to the Cleveland Cavilers. I played 10 years in the NBA before having to retire from the game I love. After the NBA, I started working with the NBA Players Association where we started the Top 100 Basketball Camp which is hailed as the best camp in Basketball. We used our camp to elevate the game of a number of NBA Players starting with our first year where we had the late great Kobe Bryant.
