My lifelong passion for piano blossomed into a fulfilling 42-year career sharing my love of music with others, reaching the heights of concert performance. As an experienced and dedicated instructor, I guide students of all levels, fostering their musical growth with engaging and personalized instruction.

Born in New York, NY, I began my martial arts journey at age 12 with American Kenpo Karate in 1972. Over the years, I’ve trained in various disciplines, including Korean Karate, ITF Taekwondo, boxing, kickboxing, Hapkido, and Muay Thai. My dedication to martial arts spans decades, reflecting my commitment and passion for the craft. I’m also a proud Navy veteran with 16 years of service.

I offer music instruction on a variety of instruments, including voice, piano, guitar, and ukulele, I love to work with traditional and adaptive learning formats to fit each unique student. I do my best to meet the needs of each individual. When you join the studio, I look forward to providing high quality lessons tailored to your goals and interests. I focus on strong and healthy technique, expressive musicianship, and developing student practice tools. I want all of my students to be equipped and independent, and want them to experience the joy of music. I have been teaching music for 7 years, including private lessons, conducting bands and choirs, and teaching and tutoring music theory.
