With almost 10 years of soccer instruction in South Florida & California, I foster skill development with personalized guidance and a results-driven approach. Born in Argentina I’m also fluent in spanish as well. Ive coached at Middle & High schools and enjoy working with kids of all ages as well as in small groups. Raúl Alonso Meza Kámiche is a seasoned soccer professional with over 16 years of experience in talent scouting, player development, and soccer operations, making him an ideal coach for children of all ages. As General Manager of Cantolao Soccer Academy in Peru from 2015 to 2023, he transformed a youth academy into a top-flight professional club, overseeing player development philosophies, coaching staff selection, and the recruitment of ambitious young talents. He discovered and guided future international players like Pedro Aquino and Bryan Reyna from ages 15–16, conducting thorough evaluations of their physical, technical, tactical, mental, and personal attributes to nurture their growth from prospects to professionals. In his roles as a First Team Scout for South América at San Jose Earthquakes (since 2025) and a First Team Scout at Inter Miami (2021–2025), Raúl has evaluated top adults players and youth players in U-20 and U-17 international tournaments across South America, producing detailed reports on technique, positioning, and mental resilience. Proficient in advanced tools like Wyscout and Instat, he combines analytical expertise with on-the-ground experience to create engaging, inclusive training sessions that build skills, confidence, and teamwork. Holding a Sports Management Diploma from CONMEBOL and a FIFA Agent License, Raúl is passionate about fostering a love for soccer in young athletes. Multilingual in Spanish (native), English (advanced), and Portuguese, he adapts his coaching to diverse groups, emphasizing fun, resilience, and long-term development in a positive environment. It is critical that you practice with a real purpose as time is of the essence and we rarely have the luxury of time to work on our golf game improvement.
