One of the things I love about yoga is that it's so good for everyone and it can help various aspects of their wellbeing, too -- body, mind, and even soul. At the same time, one of the things I don't like about yoga is that it can be intimidating to get started and overwhelming to do it within a studio setting. And even a little risky to do it on your own via an app if you don't know what you're doing. Even the gentlest of yoga classes won't really cover the basics, explain what a pose means, how to safely get into and out of it, etc. Nor will you be able to get one-on-one guidance or assistance unless you're willing to pay big bucks for private lessons.
