Hello! My name is Liosdan but I go by Lio. I am a seasoned volleyball player with 9 total years of experience under my belt, with coaching and playing at the division 1 level. I’ve coached mainly from the ages of 11-16 with great success. Many of my players hold me in high regard as a coach who has a strong sense of empathy and a great understanding of the game.
