He played in four bowl games, holds multiple special teams records, and has coached athletes at both the high school and college levels. Mitch specializes in training defensive backs, focusing on technique, football IQ, and position-specific drills to elevate game performance. He has helped countless players improve footwork, reaction time, and game awareness, preparing them for success on and off the field. I spent over a decade coachin' football in Chico, California, but I'm thrilled to be back home in Macon, where my heart is. As a football coach and trainer with Harris Elite Training, I've had the privilege of workin' with some of the most talented young athletes in the country, from ages 5-18.
