The court has been my compass for 33 years. As a former collegiate tennis player, I bring technical expertise, strategic insight, and a passion for the sport to every lesson. I played offensive midfield at Saint Leo University. Nationally top 20 ranked D2 program under a top 15 offense in the country. I will focus on leveling up your lacrosse skill, IQ, and athleticism to help prepare you for the next level. With 10 plus years of playing experience, while playing for numerous clubs teams and other high level players. I learned a lot, but I wish I had someone to teach me what I knew now when I first started.

Hi, I’m Adrian! I’m a new personal trainer and former collegiate football athlete with a passion for helping others improve their health and fitness. I’ve coached youth soccer and baseball camps, focusing on teamwork, confidence, and personal growth. As an Instructional Designer, I bring a coaching and education-focused approach to training. My goal is to help you build healthy habits and achieve lasting results for a better quality of life.

I emphasize learning and understanding the fundamentals of mathematics, rather than encouraging student to memorize shortcuts and 'tricks.' When you have a strong grasp on the principles, the 'tricks' become obvious and you have the skills and confidence needed to approach problems in a number of different ways. I have a BS in Physics, and a great deal of experience with theoretical and applied mathematics. This is very helpful in connecting mathematical problems with real world applications.
