Hi there! I’m Aj Juarez, a 21-year-old softball coach with 13 years of experience in the sport. I started playing at a young age and quickly developed a deep passion for the game. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience playing on A-level travel ball teams, being a 4-year varsity starter, and playing college softball. Throughout my playing career, I’ve honed my skills in all aspects of the game, from strategy to technique. I’ve been fortunate to learn from some of the best coaches and players, and I now bring that knowledge to my coaching. My experience playing at a high level allows me to understand the mental and physical demands of the sport and how to help players succeed at every level. As a coach, I’m committed to creating a positive and supportive environment where athletes can thrive, both individually and as part of a team. I focus on building confidence, discipline, and teamwork, while always challenging players to improve and reach their full potential. I realize that every athlete is unique in their own way, and I tailor my lesson plans based on the individual I am working with to reach their maximum potential.

I focus on building strong fundamentals, instilling discipline, and fostering a competitive mindset in every player. My coaching style emphasizes clear communication, tailored feedback, and a positive, high-energy environment that helps athletes grow in skill and confidence. As a faceoff specialist, I take pride in teaching the technical details that win possessions—hand speed, body positioning, and mental preparation—while also mentoring players to develop resilience and adaptability. Ethan, a drummer from Fryeburg, Maine, discovered his passion for rhythm early on. Guided by NYC-based drummer Bill Mead, Ethan honed his skills before venturing to Chicago for a Bachelor of Music degree at Columbia College. Immersed in the city's diverse music scene, he showcased his versatility by collaborating with various artists and bands, including Aisle Five, Kahil El’Zabar, Anessa Rivera, Kacie Brown, and Mara Luna. Ethan's electrifying performances graced renowned venues like The Metro, Bottom Lounge, Raven Room, and Martyrs. Having just graduated from Columbia in spring 2024, Ethan looks forward to leaving his unique imprint on the music industry.
