Hi there! I’m Aj Juarez, a 21-year-old softball coach with 13 years of experience in the sport. I started playing at a young age and quickly developed a deep passion for the game. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience playing on A-level travel ball teams, being a 4-year varsity starter, and playing college softball. Throughout my playing career, I’ve honed my skills in all aspects of the game, from strategy to technique. I’ve been fortunate to learn from some of the best coaches and players, and I now bring that knowledge to my coaching. My experience playing at a high level allows me to understand the mental and physical demands of the sport and how to help players succeed at every level. As a coach, I’m committed to creating a positive and supportive environment where athletes can thrive, both individually and as part of a team. I focus on building confidence, discipline, and teamwork, while always challenging players to improve and reach their full potential. I realize that every athlete is unique in their own way, and I tailor my lesson plans based on the individual I am working with to reach their maximum potential.

I specialize in developing both pitchers and hitters, helping young athletes refine their skills, build confidence, and grow into disciplined, well-rounded individuals. I have taught voice, music theory, music history, and aural skills of all genres and voice parts for several years. I can teach all levels including collegiate, and have studied at NYU myself. I have been singing for well over a decade, including for choir, musicals, solo recitals, and operas. The most important part of singing is vocal health! We can work towards your goals for voice with techniques to ensure vocal strength and agility. The techniques in the lessons I offer will be 100% reliable that you will be able to use for a strong voice your whole life! In addition to vocal pedagogy, I can also help with stage presence, IPA, and creating the story behind your song!
