I am the Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Eastern High School and the Head Coach of Louisville Kings 2033 White, with extensive experience as both a player and coach at high levels of the game. I played lacrosse for 15 years and was a two-time First Team All-State defenseman in high school. At the collegiate level, I competed across all three NCAA divisions, playing Division I at Manhattan College, Division II at the University of Indianapolis, and Division III at Wittenberg University. I also captained the Wallaceburg Griffins and won an Ontario Provincial Championship, gaining valuable leadership experience and a deep understanding of team culture. As a coach, I focus on teaching strong fundamentals, defensive technique, lacrosse IQ, and game-like decision-making. I emphasize clear communication, positioning, footwork, and understanding the game beyond just stick skills. My goal is to help players become smarter, more confident, and more complete lacrosse players who can succeed in competitive environments. I enjoy working with youth and high school players of all experience levels and tailoring instruction to each athlete’s needs, whether that’s building a foundation, refining position-specific skills, or preparing players for higher levels of competition.

Softball has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I played for 14 years and earned a varsity starting spot as a freshman, mainly playing shortstop and center field—but I’ve always taken pride in being a utility player who could step in wherever the team needed me. For the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching varsity softball. My goal as a coach is to help athletes grow not only in their skills and game knowledge but also in their confidence, discipline, and love for the sport. I’m passionate about creating a positive, competitive environment where players can thrive both on and off the field.
