I come a long line of football coaches in my family. What has been bestowed upon my knowledge is three important factors: willingness to push yourself, willingness to push your teammates, and willingness to learn. These there factors create a perfect team for it is what I believe beats out teams that rely heavily on talent. These three factors also play a role in shaping my players for what is beyond football and later in life.
