Strength and Conditioning Coach with over 10 years of experience, specializing in the development and performance optimization of soccer players. Highly skilled in designing and implementing physical training programs tailored to both individual players and team objectives. Committed to enhancing physical performance, preventing injuries, and promoting long-term healthy habits. My training methodology emphasizes the holistic development of athletes, supporting them in achieving their personal and professional goals. Experienced working with high-level soccer players, from youth academies to national teams.

For the past eight years, I've cultivated a passion for boxing and mixed martial arts in students. I'm currently 5-1 in my professional MMA career (my last fight was in the UFC Contender Series). Coming from a small city in India, I wasn't naturally athletic, but through my growing understanding of technique, athletics, and biomechanics, I fight at the highest levels. I blend time-tested techniques and concepts with personalized training, getting people to really love martial arts and boxing the way I do.

Hello! My name is Casey. I am a former D1 and D3 football player. I was a wide receiver at Rice University before transferring to Johns Hopkins after injury. In high school I was a three star prospect who received all state honors at both wide receiver and cornerback during my junior and senior seasons. I am passionate about the game of football and I truly enjoy teaching the game! I have experience coaching football from age 6 all the way up through college athletes. I like to meet athletes where they are while challenging them with new drills and mental skills that will lead to growth on and off the field.
