As a former D1-D2 athlete with 9 years of experience and coaching other teammates, I am passionate about the game of tennis and helping players of all levels reach their full potential on the court. I combine proven techniques with personalized strategies to cultivate a love for the game and achieve lasting results. Starting out as number 2 singles & doubles in high school, playing d3 in college starting as number 13; I took upon myself to get better training day in and day out by myself researching the game as well as crafting my skill. Within my sophomore year of college I moved up to D2 becoming the men’s/women’s captain while playing number 2 doubles and singles. My Junior-senior year of college I continued to hone my skills, leveling up to number 1 singles & doubles plus captain for Frostburg State University playing D1-D2 division Universities. I’m someone who has been in the position of being hungry striving to do better, which I would love to do the same for others! Happy to teach the fundamentals, help sharpen players tennis game as well as match play scenarios.

I’m a center back currently competing at the NCAA Division I level, with experience playing for Utah Valley University (UVU), University of Central Arkansas (UCA), and Gardner-Webb University. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the game, especially from a defensive perspective, and I take pride in my leadership, positioning, and ability to read the field. As a player, I’ve always been vocal and disciplined — someone my teammates can count on. Now as a coach and mentor, I aim to bring that same energy to developing young players. I focus on teaching the fundamentals of defending, building confidence on the ball, and helping athletes grow both technically and mentally. Whether I’m training center backs to lead the backline or helping players understand the game at a higher level, I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned and giving back to the sport that’s given me so much.

Having spent the last 20 years on the diamond, I've developed a passion for fostering a love for baseball in players of all ages and skill levels. I have been coaching players ages 3-18 for the last 7 years after finishing my collegiate baseball career in 2017. In that time, I have learned how to connect and effectively coach children and young adults of all ages, skill levels, and backgrounds. My coaching philosophy centers on building a strong foundation of fundamental skills and mechanics in an effort to allow each player to reach their maximum potential. My main goal is to improve on-field success while creating a fun and supportive learning environment. Everyone has dreams, it’s my job to help turn them into reality.

Coaching is my passion, and I’m blessed to have the opportunity to develop high-performing student-athletes while building inclusive, successful programs. It’s been an incredible journey mentoring multiple All-Conference players and an All-State, All-Met standout, but what truly fuels me is seeing my athletes grow not just as players but as people. Before moving to MD, I had the privilege of helping rebuild one of New Jersey’s most historic football programs as the Director of Coaching & Head Coach for the Paulsboro Midget Football Organization. Together, we turned the program into a powerhouse, winning six championships and creating a sense of pride and unity in the community. Now, I’m pumped to bring that same energy and dedication to your athlete, helping them unlock their full potential and reach max performance on and off the field. Let’s get to work!

I’ve been playing pickleball for four years and coaching for three, with experience competing regularly in tournaments. I play nearly every day and am deeply connected to the local pickleball community, particularly in the Arlington area. Sports have always been a central part of my life—incl8uding basketball, soccer, and table tennis—but pickleball has proven to be the most engaging, strategic, and social sport I’ve played. As a coach, I enjoy drilling and playing alongside my students while teaching shot mechanics, strategy, and smart decision-making.
