Former Director of Tennis at Elk River Ciuntry Club Banner Elk NC . I am a 40 years plus Tennis nerd who completely flipped to Pickleball when I discovered it during the pandemic in 21 . I have recently semi-retired and currently teach and train for Senior Pro events out of an indoor facility in Little Italy . I have taught close to 500 students and have a perfect 5 star rating on this site . My success has been due to my extreme passion to use Pickleball as a vehicle to make major life changes. Playing almost every sport growing up as well as NCAA Basketball and Tennis I have developed an uncanny talent to convert my students previous athletic experience to playing a very competent and competitive level of Pickleball almost immediately . As a former D1-D2 athlete with 9 years of experience and coaching other teammates, I am passionate about the game of tennis and helping players of all levels reach their full potential on the court. I combine proven techniques with personalized strategies to cultivate a love for the game and achieve lasting results. Starting out as number 2 singles & doubles in high school, playing d3 in college starting as number 13; I took upon myself to get better training day in and day out by myself researching the game as well as crafting my skill. Within my sophomore year of college I moved up to D2 becoming the men’s/women’s captain while playing number 2 doubles and singles. My Junior-senior year of college I continued to hone my skills, leveling up to number 1 singles & doubles plus captain for Frostburg State University playing D1-D2 division Universities. I’m someone who has been in the position of being hungry striving to do better, which I would love to do the same for others! Happy to teach the fundamentals, help sharpen players tennis game as well as match play scenarios.

I am a local Baltimore tennis coach with over 15 years of playing experience and over 5 years of teaching experience! I am also a PTR Certified Tennis Professional. I have played in many ITF (International Tennis Federation) professional tournaments in different African countries and in Europe. Teaching and playing tennis is one of my biggest passions! I captained my college tennis team in Kansas before I transferred to Coppin State University which is a Division 1 school in Baltimore, Maryland. The past 3 summers I have worked at different summer camps where I taught countless tennis lessons to kids. I have also been working for the Baltimore Tennis Patron where I teach kids, teens and adults.
