I have been a coach for 20 years, working with both young children and adults across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, including competition-level athletes. My extensive experience has allowed me to develop tailored coaching strategies that cater to each player's unique needs and goals. Unlock your golfing potential! I'm a dedicated coach with 10 years of experience helping players refine their swing and achieve their goals. I am a PGA Associate and US Kids certified instructor. I specialize with youth programing, running the golf summer program at Nashawtuc Country Club. Let's work together to improve your game in a fun, supportive environment.

"My kids Nyla and Ben work with Coach Matt on a weekly basis every Sunday during the season. When we drive into the club we are always excited to see what he has set up for the kids. Whether it’s a customs putt putt course, a long drive competition with markers and top tracer, or “break stuff day” where he sets up fun breakable or knockdown-able targets the kids can hit at. He will even take things a bit further and go out there in himself and challenge the kids to try and hit him! We truly enjoy Coach Matt and his teaching technique, the kids can’t get enough of him!

Jim has taught golf all over the country and has spent the past 20 years as GM/Director of Golf for Red Tail Golf Course. He's been a PGA member for 47 years. Pavlik is the former general manager/director of golf at Red Tail Golf Club in Devens, Massachusetts, voted one of the Best Public courses in Boston in 2013 as well as one of the Top 50 Golf Courses in America by Gold World magazine. He served as PGA Teaching Pro at Lake Toxaway Country Club, North Carolina, in the late 1990s. Pavlik has been affiliated with golf clubs at PGA Golf Club, Port St. Lucie, Florida, owner and general manager of Cassadaga Lakes Country Club, Cassadaga, New York, as well as clubs in Pennsylvania and Delaware. Over his golf career, he’s been a writer for National PGA Magazine (Philadelphia section), former Board of Director for Philadelphia PGA Section, Junior Golf Promoter of the Year Award by Golf Digest, along with several golf merchandisers of the year awards.

With more than 15 years of experience playing and learning volleyball, my journey includes training Olympians and professionals to players that have just started. I'm here to consolidate the vast amounts of information I have and use my creative storytelling skills to explain different concepts in engaging and fun ways.
