Christen is a YTT200 graduate from the sacred yoga institute in Hawaii and has been practicing yoga most of her adult life. Aligning with a spiritual based yoga school, Christen has a solid foundation in the original philosophies and practices of yoga which are threaded throughout her classes; In addition to fitness, her students are guided to have a shift in consciousness, self heal, and transform their lives! While training, Christen took an interest in the chakra system and how healing the emotional body has a tremendous effect on a person's physical well being so she has created a niche in chakra healing and chakra psychology. With this in mind, Christen's classes can be themed around healing one of the 7 chakras through Asana, Kriya, Pranayama, mudra, and some dharma talk.
