Throughout my 30 years as a concert performer, I've discovered the power and joy of sharing my vocal expertise. I'm passionate about nurturing aspiring singers, guiding them to unlock their unique voices and achieve their musical aspirations. As a classically trained singer and performer across various genres, I’ve gained a deep understanding of vocal technique and artistry. My experiences performing with world-renowned opera companies, jazz clubs, and in musical theater have given me a well-rounded perspective that I’m passionate about sharing with students. In my years as a public school music teacher, I’ve worked with singers of all ages, leading both group lessons and individual coaching sessions. I take pride in fostering a positive, supportive environment where students can build technical skills, confidence, and emotional depth through their music.

With seven years devoted to vocal instruction, I work with singers from all backgrounds and skill levels. I believe singing should feel natural, enjoyable, and sustainable. I spent 5 years playing Division 1 Baseball at Umass-Amherst, competing in the Atlantic 10 against teams like VCU, Saint Louis, Dayton and more. I started my career as a relief pitcher, transitioned into a closer, and finished my 5th year as a weekend rotation starter. Before that, I was a 2 sport varsity athlete at Weston High School in CT, earning All state and conference pitcher of the year honors. I have experience in velocity training as well as basic pitching mechanic training.

I am a college baseball player at Hobart College in New York. I have plenty of experience working with kids and young adults to refine their craft. I have vast knowledge and experience from playing with a bunch of great players and coaches, and look forward to passing that along to future generations. Whatever you want to do works for me, but I will generally start with an hour per skill.

My name is Brett Dunham, and I recently wrapped up an 18-year baseball career that began right here in North Andover. I was a four-year varsity player at North Andover High School, serving as team captain during both my junior and senior years. As a pitcher, outfielder, and consistent offensive contributor, I helped lead our team to a State Championship. I went on to play Division I baseball at Northeastern University, where I specialized in pitching. With consistent development and focus, I earned the role of closing pitcher and was honored to be named to both the All-Conference Team and the All-Tournament Team in my senior year. I also had the privilege of contributing to Northeastern’s CAA Championship win. My career has been built on passion, discipline, and a deep understanding of the game. I’m now excited to give back and help the next generation of players build their skills and confidence—both on and off the field.
