"My kids Nyla and Ben work with Coach Matt on a weekly basis every Sunday during the season. When we drive into the club we are always excited to see what he has set up for the kids. Whether it’s a customs putt putt course, a long drive competition with markers and top tracer, or “break stuff day” where he sets up fun breakable or knockdown-able targets the kids can hit at. With over 15 years of experience in the tennis business, Phil leads a team of certified professionals dedicated to teaching both tennis and pickleball. Jim has taught golf all over the country and has spent the past 20 years as GM/Director of Golf for Red Tail Golf Course. He's been a PGA member for 47 years. Pavlik is the former general manager/director of golf at Red Tail Golf Club in Devens, Massachusetts, voted one of the Best Public courses in Boston in 2013 as well as one of the Top 50 Golf Courses in America by Gold World magazine. He served as PGA Teaching Pro at Lake Toxaway Country Club, North Carolina, in the late 1990s. Pavlik has been affiliated with golf clubs at PGA Golf Club, Port St. Lucie, Florida, owner and general manager of Cassadaga Lakes Country Club, Cassadaga, New York, as well as clubs in Pennsylvania and Delaware. Over his golf career, he’s been a writer for National PGA Magazine (Philadelphia section), former Board of Director for Philadelphia PGA Section, Junior Golf Promoter of the Year Award by Golf Digest, along with several golf merchandisers of the year awards.

Previous Division 1 athlete and college captain. With over 15 years devoted to field hockey, I foster skill development through strategic, engaging training. I’m committed to helping athletes of all levels reach their full potential on and off the field. My coaching blends expertise with a supportive, enjoyable learning environment.

Nathaniel is a Hong Kong National Team and NCAA Division I player, has two years of one on one coaching experience from players aged 5–20, including D1 Male and Female athletes. He focuses on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and individualized development for every player.
