I am 49 and have been singing my entire life! I started doing musical theater at age 9 and held the lead in many theater productions including 'Annie' 'Peter Pan,' 'Oliver,' 'Grease,' and 'Lil Abner.' I trained vocally with Claudia Payne (from Michigan) and Wendel Kinberg (from New York.) As an adult, I formed and sang in a fully choreographed live burlesque/cabaret-style show that toured venues in Detroit and at expos and events all over the US. Some of my major accomplishments include winning $10,000 singing on the Howard Stern Sirius Radio Show, being chosen as the National Anthem performer for Charlie Sheen's 'Violent Torpedo of Truth' show, performed in an all-female rock band, and wrote and performed my own original dance music. My boyfriend Billy Bannigan produces hip hop and EDM music at our home studio, where I mentor and coach the artists we record, bringing out the very best in them.
