I fell in love with the guitar when I was 10, and have stayed in love ever since. I'm a self-taught musician who grew up playing blues music and teaching myself rock songs. I've since played with punk bands, post-rock bands, cover groups, and accompanied vocalists. I've written songs for and been featured on a number of releases, and played in all sorts of venues, from dance halls to basement punk shows. I started teaching students in 2017, and I love introducing people to this wonderful instrument and helping them reach their goals, whether that's learning to play their favorite songs, or helping them break through to the next level as an intermediate player. I tailor my lessons to my students according to their experience, goals, and musical interests.
