Positive Energy Driven Fitness Lessons. The training focus on 3 targets: Sprints, Calisthenics and Core. Ideally, these are 2-3 workouts per week to get you started on the lifestyle you deserve. I do believe in strong accountability that leads to a great workout. No workout will be dull. Been a Varsity Head coach for both boys and girls tennis teams in an Ivy league preparatory school (Fieldston High School)in Manhattan,NYC. Worked across various clubs and academies in and around NYC for over 15+ years.
