For over 13 years, I've grown a passion for football unknown to mankind. I’m able to understand the importance of structure and discipline that football brings for these young men (especially when you’re good). I played Tight End at East Stroudsburg University (ESU) division II PSAC football. I’m looking to continue being a leader and a positive role model for young athletes looking to improve.

With a decade on the field, I instill not just fundamentals and all around safety, but a profound love for the game. My coaching focuses on building a strong work ethic, teamwork, unwavering sportsmanship and learning the great life long lessons football has to teach. I wish to fulfill the dreams and aspirations of every young athlete I meet on and off the field.

Hi my name is Jonah Salen. For over 20 years drumming has been my passion. Growing up with a disability, like cerebral palsy has made it challenging being a drummer. But I have come to find that my disability pushes me forward to reach higher and higher, and to not give up! I teach any and all ages, not matter their skill level. All the best, Jonah

Just a fellow pickleball addict that fell in love with the fastest growing sport! With my ping pong background I've grasped the sport and picked it up quickly bringing me to a 4.0 level in less than a year. Currently playing in cross club 4.0 league to continue learning and improving my skills. I'm a student of the game but have been helping many people along the way and the world would just be better with more people playing this game!
