Tyler Pumper, a former NCAA Division I Men’s Lacrosse player at Fairfield University, from Fort Lauderdale, FL. With a passion for teaching, Tyler specializes in sharing his expertise in various skills with students of all levels. His experience as a collegiate athlete has equipped him with the knowledge and dedication to help individuals reach their full potential in their chosen pursuits.

Mike is the founder of Three Strand Investments, a real estate development firm in Northern New Jersey. He has been developing and renovating residential real estate since 2016. His team has completed dozens of projects from cosmetic rehabs to ground up new construction. He has overseen all aspects of construction including design, material sourcing and project management. He is a member of the RERM Mastermind Group facilitated by Master Builder and add a level expert, Gabe Dasilva. He also manages a small multi family rental portfolio and an industrial portfolio for a family office.

Donna Rodas has over a decade of experience as a licensed Real Estate Consultant and more than 25 years of real estate investment expertise. Her professional achievements are marked by certifications in corporate relocation, accredited buyer representative (ABR), and senior real estate specialist (SRES). Year after year, she is honored to receive prestigious accolades, such as the NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Award and the Diamond International Society Award from Coldwell Banker. As a real estate agent for over 20 years, she has worked in every aspect of the industry, representing buyers, sellers, and investors.
