I am a 17 year old student coach who has learned many bio-mechanical skills of baseball— easily applicable to softball and football quarterbacks. I love helping young athletes fuel their passions just like I have as I am an on track college athlete. I try my best to plan good lessons and train my athletes to the best of their abilities. I also formed AAU basketball and travel baseball teams for my travel organization “Gravix Athletics.” You can see it on IG for me and my friends who are also reliable student coaches!

I'm a dedicated baseball coach with six years of experience, I played Varsity baseball all 4 years of high school pitched and played first base went on to play two years of college ball as a pitcher specializing in strength/conditioning arm strength and flexibility passionate about fostering a love for the game while building confidence and competence in every player. Hailing from the vibrant arts scene of Brooklyn, NY, I am a seasoned multi-media artist with a rich tapestry of experience spanning over two decades in dance, music, and theatre. My artistic journey has led me to choreograph and collaborate with globally renowned artists such as Rihanna, Shaggy, Keisza, and Joey Bada$$, gracing international stages with my performances. Over the span of 8 years, I have passionately imparted my dance expertise, specializing in various styles, to eager students looking to evolve in their dance journeys.

Jeffrey Duval has been teaching yoga in NYC since 2001 and is a senior teacher and teacher training at Sonic Yoga since 2005. Jeffrey has his MFA in Dance and is a former professional dancer with over 1000 hours of certification hours in yoga training. Jeffrey can teach a variety of yoga classes including Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Astanga , Yoga Therapy, Senior Yoga and Chair Yoga.
