As a Korean PGA professional with 16 years of teaching experience at the prestigious Jack Nicklaus Golf Academy, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every lesson. I'm passionate about helping golfers of all levels improve their game and achieve their goals.

About Me I’ve been passionate about pickleball for over 7 years and have spent the last 5 years helping others discover and improve their game. I’ve placed 1st and 3rd in three local tournaments and love bringing that competitive experience to my teaching style—whether you’re brand new to the sport or looking to sharpen your skills. What I Offer     •    Beginner-Friendly Lessons: I provide a wide variety of paddles for you to try before investing in your own equipment.     •    Equipment Guidance: Get insider tips on where to find quality pickleball gear—often at a discount!     •    Lobster Machine Training: Occasionally, we’ll train using a Lobster pickleball launcher for focused, high-repetition drills. Already know how to play? You can book a session just to drill with the Lobster.     •    Indoor Lessons (Winter): During colder months, indoor lessons are available with at least 7 days’ notice so I can reserve a court. "After my senior season in high school, I was not heavily recruited and getting a scholarship was n uphill battle. I decided to work with coach initially on speed but as time went on we started to work on agility and football drills. During these sessions, I was improving physically and mentally enough that I was able to earn a post grad year where I ultimately earned a scholarship to Colombia University. I know for certain that without Coach’s dedication, energy and guidance, I wouldn’t be where I’m at today.

Tennis has been my passion all my life.My dedication to tennis extends beyond the court, with 28 years of tennis coaching experience and a professional athletic background, I offer personalized coaching to elevate your game, focusing on skill development and strategic thinking. Trained lots of players reaching the top in USTA Eastern section consistently over the years. Extremely good with Technical development, game based approach to help players learn the art of playing the points. Been a coach at Columbia University Tennis center for over 15+ years. Been a Varsity Head coach for both boys and girls tennis teams in an Ivy league preparatory school (Fieldston High School)in Manhattan,NYC. Worked across various clubs and academies in and around NYC for over 15+ years.

Positive Energy Driven Fitness Lessons. The training focus on 3 targets: Sprints, Calisthenics and Core. Ideally, these are 2-3 workouts per week to get you started on the lifestyle you deserve. I do believe in strong accountability that leads to a great workout. No workout will be dull. Mike is the founder of Three Strand Investments, a real estate development firm in Northern New Jersey. He has been developing and renovating residential real estate since 2016. His team has completed dozens of projects from cosmetic rehabs to ground up new construction. He has overseen all aspects of construction including design, material sourcing and project management. He is a member of the RERM Mastermind Group facilitated by Master Builder and add a level expert, Gabe Dasilva. He also manages a small multi family rental portfolio and an industrial portfolio for a family office.
