I have been a basketball trainer for about 4 years as I have taken on clients who want to improve in forest hills league from an Asian community as well as any players who would like to improve. I specialize in plyometric training exercises that improve vertical jumping, speed and quickness. I focus on good diet, recovery, consistency, and fundamentals with all of my basketball training clients. I train first in fundamentals, then moving on to simulate in-game situations, and finally scrimmages or pickup games.
