Michele's journey into pickleball began in 2017, driven by her preparation for the US Transplant Games the following year. Instantly enamored with the sport, she delved deep, earning both PPR Coach and IFP Instructor certifications in 2019 followed by RPO certification in 2025. As a dedicated Youth Pickleball Provider (YPP) with USA Pickleball, Michele's joy lies in coaching enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels, fostering a love for pickleball within her community.

"My family wanted to learn how to play. My two girls 12 &14 were hitting the ball around in our driveway but didn’t know all of the rules of the game. I set up a group lesson with Michele and she taught my 2 girls and my husband while I watched. We learned how to hold the paddle, proper swing mechanics and the rules while doing fun drills and games. Michele gave clear instructions and demonstrations that made it easy and enjoyable.

Born in China and I came to the US when I was 15. I joined local swim team in Beijing when I was 7, I won 6 first place in regional competition when I was 12. I started playing basketball at 13, at the same time, I was recommended by middle school coach to run track, 100 meter, 200 meter, 300 hurdle, 4x100 and 4x400. In 2018 I was in the state meet competing. I was not the most physically gifted runner so I had to study the forms, techniques. I love the game of basketball and I experienced basketball from both cultures. I played JV in middle school and Varsity in High school, I played shooting guard position. Being not the most physically gifted, I had to work extra hard on my skills, understanding the game. I truly believe coaching track, swimming, basketball or any sports is bigger/more than just teaching youngsters the skills, it’s about life, lessons we learn from playing sports, spending time and energy to understand each other and one self. With 14 years of basketball instruction, I cultivate skills and passion on the court. I provide tailored coaching and unlock player potential through expert guidance and personalized training. I foster a positive and focused environment.

Having honed my skills on the court as a D1 athlete, I've spent the past 28 years sharing my passion for tennis with players of all levels. Former collegiate player at Camden County College and professional athlete in Mexico, now dedicated to developing the next generation of players. I’ve coached with multiple programs and currently mentor with The Players Alliance, supported by Major League Baseball. I specialize in hitting, fielding, and the mental side of the game, creating a positive environment while tailoring each session to the athlete. My goal is to build confidence, sharpen skills, and inspire a lifelong love for baseball.

I’ve been working with kids k-12 for 12 years now. I played baseball at The College of Saint Rose where I played outfield and second base. I specialize in fielding and fundamental mechanics both on the field and at the plate. Students should expect to gain an understanding of baseball within the first few lessons with me.

With over 13 years of swimming experience, I teach swimmers of all ages, from toddlers to adults. As a USA Swimming Certified Coach, I help swimmers improve technique, build confidence, and develop strong water safety skills. Whether learning the basics or refining advanced strokes, I create a positive, supportive environment that helps each swimmer reach their goals and become more confident in the water.

I am a certified pickleball coach and instructor. I received my certification through Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR). I also coach and instruct approximately 33 people which includes kids through adults and varies in skill levels. Every 2nd 4th Saturday of the month, as well as meet at various local parks weekly.

Currently pursuing my Bachelor's in music at New Jersey City University, I bring 9 years of teaching experience to the table. As a versatile musician, I've performed at weddings, luncheons, churches, and various venues. My focus is on classical guitar, and I take great pride in showcasing the beauty of this instrument and its unique style of playing.
