I've always lived by the philosophy of training in multiple martial arts disciplines to be prepared for any situation. Over the past 16-plus years, I've dedicated myself to mastering various styles including Boxing, Muay Thai, Kali, Panatukan, Jeet Kune Do, Taekwondo, and Jiu-Jitsu. With over 8 years of teaching experience, my primary objective is to help individuals achieve their goals, whether it's staying safe or mastering self-defense techniques.

I have performed as a concerto soloist with the Perrysburg Symphony Orchestra, and I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Michigan, where I studied with Amy Porter. I am a substitute flute/piccolo player for the Macomb Symphony Orchestra, Adrian Symphony Orchestra, Billings Symphony Orchestra, and Oakland Symphony Orchestra. I am the founder of a 501(c)3 non-profit entitled the Flute Pedagogy Project, which focuses on creating and distributing free and level-appropriate curriculum to beginner and intermediate flute players. From crafting lyrical melodies to mastering technical finesse, I have dedicated the last 3 years to guiding flutists of all levels.
